Weather Closing:
Whether you love it or hate it, we will at some point be forced to deal with snow, ice, and/or extremely cold temperatures. With this in mind, we would like to remind you that when the weather is inclement and travel is treacherous, Hand-in-Hand Adult Day Center may alter our normal schedule. The decision to close or be delayed is not an easy one for us, as we know many of you work and have other commitments, however, our decisions are based on what we feel is the safest option for our participants. When we change our schedule the easiest way to find out what we are doing is to call ADC and listen to the voicemail greeting, as we will change the message any time we change our schedule. We try very hard to make weather decisions as early as possible and get the voicemail information changed by 7:30am. It will also be posted on our Facebook page.

Transportation:
Through INDOT grants we are able to provide transportation to and from our center (included in our cost) within an approximate 20-mile radius (but not into Ohio). After the completion of your admission packet, we will set up transportation times that work best for you and your family. If you are choosing half-day attendance, one-way transportation may be available. If attendance is for a whole day, two-way transportation may be available.
